This private holiday house, a three-room chalet for your own exclusive use with two bedrooms, is in a magnificent panoramic location at an altitude of 1000 metres. It is in the Boveau hamlet about 3km from the little locality of Corbeyrier, above the wine-growing village of Yvorne and Lake Geneva, in the Waadländer Alps and near bike routes. Owing to this location it is ideal for nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet.

Comfortable, renovated wooden chalet with a big sunny terrace, in a panoramic location at 1000 metres above sea level above Lake Geneva, ideal for those seeking peace and quiet and for hiking enthusiasts

The 200-year-old wooden chalet has been beautifully restored and comfortably furnished. It provides 80m² of space for four people. Next to the entrance area there is a living and dining room with a sofa, dining table, satellite TV, a DVD player and a 200-year-old bread and pizza oven, which can also be used as a fireplace. The kitchen is fully-equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, coffee machine and kettle. Stairs lead up to the first floor, which has two bedrooms. One has a Nordic double bed (180 x 200cm with two duvets), the other has two single beds (90 x 200cm). There is also a bathroom with a shower, hairdryer and toilet, as well as a cosy TV room with armchairs and a sofa. The house has heating for cool days and the winter.



Dogs are welcome in the fully fenced garden. There is space for two to three cars in the parking space with a turning bay. The road to the chalet is cleared in winter. The surrounding meadowland is a playground for deer, stags, foxes and sometimes chamois in the morning and evening, with a fantastic view into nature. The house has a big sunny terrace with parasols and plenty of deckchairs, as well as a covered veranda furnished with a table and garden chairs, inviting you to dine outdoors. You can enjoy a view of the whole Alpine chain and Lake Geneva.



Dogs are welcome. Workplace for home office with WiFi available.



The chalet is right by (50m) the hiking routes to Leysin and Luan, as well as the cycle routes from Aigle to Gstaad. The towns at Lake Geneva, Villeneuve and Montreux, are within easy access in the valley, for swimming and strolling. The picturesque Aigle and its castle, as well as the wine-growing areas of Yvorne with wine tasting, are also worth a visit. In Corbeyrier there are two shops and a restaurant. Down in Aigle in the Rhone valley, 8km away, you can find the train station, supermarkets and the motorway. The ski resorts of Leysin, Villars, Verbier, Torgon, Portes du Soleil are nearby and within easy access by car.
