Charming Holiday Apartment in Fažana with Private Parking

This is a comfortable and charmingly decorated holiday apartment with a balcony on the upper floor of a detached house with parking space. It is in a quiet and safe residential district on the edge of the town center, not far from the beach and into the center.

The balcony is ideal for enjoying time outdoors. It affords a view over the neighbouring houses and gardens, away from the street. There is a parasol to provide shade from the sun if required.

The apartment, has a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed and an integrated kitchen, a daylight shower room, and a balcony. Four people can enjoy their holiday here. The apartment has an elegant interior in a modern style and is comfortably furnished. The double bed (140 x 200cm) in the bedroom has bedside tables and reading lamps on either side. A comfortable armchair with a standing lamp invites you to relax after an exciting day or to read a good book. The fully-equipped, open kitchen provides modern appliances for comprehensive self-catering, with a four-zone hob and oven, a microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The dining table for four people is behind the kitchen. You can watch hundreds of TV channels in many languages on the 32” LED flatscreen TV mounted to the wall. They are sorted according to language, so it is easy to find what you are looking for. The sofa can be easily converted into a bed, or else one person can sleep on the sofa itself and another on the additional folding bed. The bathroom has a washbasin with an illuminated mirror, a shower cubicle, a WC and bathroom window. A baby package, comprising a cot and a highchair, is available free of charge, as well as simple toys for young children. A hairdryer and an iron are provided as well as a washing machine are provided. The quality air conditioning ensures a pleasant stay, on hot summer days or cold winter nights. It can be used 24 hours a day free of charge. Unlimited wireless Internet access is also included.

If you would like to enjoy a relaxing seaside holiday, then the location near the beach with beach bars is excellent (300 metres away). Near the beach there is also a playground for children with trampolines. The Brijuni Islands National Park opposite the beach is open every day. The nearest restaurant with traditional Istrian cuisine is just 120 metres away. If you are hungry and don’t feel like going very far then there is a pizzeria next door. The terrace of the pizzeria is on the opposite side of the building, so you cannot hear any noise. A grocery shop, the nearest ATM, a tourist agency, a post office and a petrol station are 400 metres away. There is a pharmacy in the centre 500 metres away, where you can find several restaurants. Everything is within walking distance, so you can give your car a holiday too.

    “The style and the furniture of the apartment is very up to date. It is equipped extraordinarily well (washing machine, vacuum cleaner, dish towels, herbs and spices, Flatscreen TV & modern AC,...). The vicinity of the apartment is safe and quiet and mainly consists of other apartments or building shells. It only takes about 5 minutes to walk from the apartment to the beach.

    The owner is also very friendly

    All in all good price-performance ratio and therefore definately recommendable!”
