Family-friendly and comfortable holiday apartment with a garden, in an ideal location in a quiet locality

This is a family-friendly holiday apartment in a semi-detached house, located centrally and near the thermal baths and the ski resort, promising a relaxing as well as interesting holiday. Your holiday accommodation is surrounded by mountains in the north of Styria, to the east of Hallstätter Lake.

It provides 95m² of living space, as an apartment with a charming and modern interior, comprising ground floor with a dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a shower room with a WC, and an upper floor with a bedroom, a children’s room and a generous living and sleeping room. The first bedroom has a comfortable double bed (180 x 200cm) and a single bed (140 x 200cm). The adjoining walk-in wardrobe provides ample storage space for your luggage. The children’s room has two big single beds, a carpet and toys. The centrepiece of the apartment is the generous living room, with a colourful and inviting design, a sofa suite for four people and a double bed (160 x 200cm). Sat.-TV with a DVD player provides entertainment in the evening. The upper floor has sufficient space to add a cot. The fully-equipped kitchen is on the ground floor, with a dishwasher, a four-zone hob with an oven, a fridge and freezer and small electrical appliances such as a coffee machine, microwave and toaster, for convenient self-catering. The dining room has an extendable dining table with chairs and a bench, for enjoying meals together. The fireplace stove provides pleasant warmth during the cold season. This room also has a second TV with cable channels. The shower room comprises a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a cupboard and mirror, and a WC. Bed linen and hand towels, as well as heating costs for the electric night storage heaters and the hot water boiler are included in the rental price. You must bring your own cleaning utensils and toiletries. Free wireless Internet access is available for your convenience, so you can be contacted on holiday, can make final holiday plans after arrival, or send your holiday greetings and photos directly to family and friends.

The fenced outdoor area spanning 1000m² comprises a big lawn for playing and sunbathing. There is a gazebo with seating and a fireplace grill for dining outdoors, conveniently accessible directly from the kitchen. During your time out you can enjoy the picturesque view of the mountain panorama and the green surroundings.

Owing to the central location it is only 400 metres to shops. The centre awaits you with restaurants and cafés, a 300-metre walk away. The ski bus stops locally, taking you to the piste just 5km away. There is a tennis court nearby (500 metres) and there is also an outdoor thermal pool (800 metres). There are many lakes and hikes in the forests and salt mountains worth a day trip.

    “Wunderschön gelegenes Haus mit Blick auf den Grimming. Die Vermieterin steht jederzeit bei Wünschen und Problemen zur Verfügung und ist überaus freundlich. Das Haus umgibt ein großzügiger Garten, man fühlt sich absolut nicht eingeengt. Wer gerne Grillabende veranstaltet, hat ein wunderschönes Gartenhäuschen mit daneben stehenden Grillkamin. Großzügige Schlafgelegenheiten im Obergeschoss, modernes Bad mit Dusche und Toilette im Erdgeschoss. Küche toll eingerichtet mit allem, was man zum Kochen braucht. Alles in allem ein Häuschen mit Rundum-Wohlfühlcharakter. Sehr empfehlenswert !!!”
