Comfortable, light holiday apartment with two bedrooms, shower/WC and an extra WC, a south-facing terrace with a fabulous mountain view, in a house with a sauna, solarium and garden

The apartment is on the ground floor in a well-maintained house, in a quiet and sunny location, right by the meadows, with a fabulous panoramic view of the Allgäu Alps.



The apartment charmingly decorated in a country house style leaves nothing to be desired. It has light and friendly rooms with quality furnishing. You enter into the hallway with cloakroom space. The living room-bedroom provides a comfortable sofa suite (with a double sofa bed 180 x 200cm), cable TV, a CD player with a radio, a fireplace stove and wireless Internet access. The built-in kitchen with a dining space includes a dishwasher, microwave and oven. The bathroom has a shower and WC. There is also a separate guest WC. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm), the second bedroom is in the basement and also has a double bed (180 x 200cm), as well as cable TV, and a shower/WC. A washing machine, dryer and iron are available, as well as wireless Internet access (payable).



The house has a sauna (free on Tuesdays and Saturdays, otherwise payable) and a solarium (payable). A children’s bed and a highchair can be provided.



Enjoy the sun on the big south-facing terrace and relax in the lovely garden with mature trees. Garden furniture, parasols, a lawn with loungers and a big grill area are provided. There are private parking spaces by the house.



The centre with a baker, butcher, supermarket, specialist shops, several restaurants, a café, a post office, bicycle and ski hire and an info point is a 5-10-minute walk away. There are several hiking and cycling trails in the vicinity. Cross-country skiing trails and the ski resort with snow cannons are right on the doorstep. There are a further 100 cable cars and lifts within ca. 3km-20km. A leisure pool, several swimming lakes, doctors, a heated sports pool, a tennis court and the Starzlachkallmm are also within a few minutes.
