Spacious and completely newly built holiday house on two floors with a garden and an outdoor sauna
The Strandperle holiday house is in a newly built holiday house area right by the Thülsfelder dam, about 200 metres from the beach for swimming. The house was completed in mid-2015 and provides 120m² of living space for up to six people, comprising four bedrooms, of which two double bedrooms with a double bed measuring 180 x 200cm, and two single rooms (beds measuring 120 x 200cm and 90 x 200cm). A cot can be provided. There are two bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the upper floor, each fitted with a shower, toilet and washbasin. A washing machine and a clothes stand are provided. The open living and dining room includes a modern kitchen unit equipped with an electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster, and a dining table for six people. A highchair can be provided. The living and dining room also has a sofa corner, a fireplace stove, a flatscreen TV and a Wii games console. There is another flatscreen TV in a double bedroom on the upper floor. The whole house has under-floor heating. A telephone connection and wireless Internet access are available. The whole house is also fitted with external shutters.
An outdoor sauna provides ample space for cosy hours on cold days. There is a grill in the garden, along with a slide and swings for children. The accommodation has been classified as four-star by the German Tourism Association (DTV).

Owing to ongoing building work on the newly established holiday house estate, there can sometimes be building noise. The Strandperle holiday house is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed.
The next largest locality with shops and amenities, an outdoor pool, riding stables and a tennis court is about 5km away. It is about 200 metres to a beach where you can swim, within easy walking distance.
