This modern holiday apartment is near the sandy beach in the peaceful, central Dalmatian little harbour town of Omis on the sunny Adriatic coast in the south of Croatia, providing ideal accommodation for those who love long beaches, romantic bays, and Mediterranean cuisine and hospitality. Modern and tastefully furnished, recently completely renovated (2015) holiday apartment in an apartment building, with exclusive use of a sunny terrace

The living room opens onto the private sun terrace, which is only accessible otherwise from the garden behind it through a separate, lockable gate. You can relax on the cushioned chairs and enjoy leisurely meals at the table outdoors. If you arrive by car, you can always find a secure parking space right in front of the house on the street.

The 72m² holiday apartment occupies the lower floor of the eight-storey apartment building from the year 1995, which comprises a total of four apartments. It was completely renovated just recently in 2015 and therefore provides all the necessary modern amenities for a comfortable stay. It has a light and airy living and dining room with an integrated, open kitchen, two bedrooms and a very modern bathroom. The living room provides a comfortable and spacious corner sofa suite, a glass coffee table, a wide, digital flatscreen TV with cable channels and a USB port, and an elegant dining table, also made of glass, with six chairs. Right next to it there is the white, glossy, built-in kitchen with all the latest appliances, including a four-zone gas stove, electric oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and even a coffee machine. One of the two bedrooms has a double bed measuring 160 x 200cm, while the other has two single beds measuring 90 x 200cm, which can also be joined together as a double bed. Both bedrooms also have bedside tables with reading lamps and cupboards with ample storage space for your clothing and luggage. The sofa in the living room can be converted into an additional bed for a further person. The bathroom in a stylish black and white design has a spacious shower cubicle, a wide washbasin with a cupboard underneath and a wall mirror, a hairdryer and a toilet. A supplementary single bed (90 x 200cm) can be provided on request. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided and the reliable wireless Internet connection in your apartment can be used free of charge.

Your holiday apartment is only about 400 metres from the nearest sandy beach with crystal clear water and water sports. The nearest shopping facilities are right opposite the apartment building. It is about 200 metres tom the centre of the little town of Omis with its colourful shops and markets, beautiful harbour and good gastronomy.

    “Positiv: Eine sehr schöne angenehme Wohnung in einer gute Lage. Alle wichtigen Sachen sind in der Nähe. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett sehr hilfsbereit und offen. Es ist eine sehr ordentliche und saubere Wohnung. Kann man nur weiter empfehlen”

    “Die Wohnung an sich ist schön, sauber, modern eingerichtet, Waschmaschine im Bad. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man so benötigt. Die Vermieterin sehr hilfsbereit und nett, spricht sehr gut Deutsch. Das Einzige, was ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig ist, ist halt die Umgebung. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem großen Wohnhaus im Erdgeschoß. Rein äußerlich ist das Gebäude nicht schön, aber durch den Extra-Eingang durch die Terrasse, hat man überhaupt keinen Kontakt mit den übrigen Bewohnern des Hauses. Praktisch sind die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich auf der anderen Straßenseite. Zum Strand sind es auch ca. 15 Gehminuten, ein sehr schöner Sandstrand und man kann sehr weit ins Meer rein gehen und das Wasser reicht immer noch zur Brust. Wasserqualität sehr gut, glasklares Wasser. Parkmöglichkeit besteht an einem bewachten Parkplatz in der Nähe, Parkticket wird von den Vermietern gestellt.”

    “Sehr saubere, modern und ausreichend ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, großzügige Zimmer, tolles Bad mit Waschmaschine, die Vermieterin hat und freundlich, deutschsprechend empfangen. Ausreichend Handtücher vor Ort, die Parkmöglichkeit ist nicht unmittelbar, jedoch in naher Umgebung auf einem bewachten Parkplatz. In nächster Nähe befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt, 2 Bäckereien, Metzger und Cafes. Die Lage ist ruhig, jedoch die Aussicht ist auf 10 stöckige Wohnblocks beschränkt.
    Den Strand und den Ort kann man gut zu Fuß erreichen. Sieht man von der Aussicht ab, kann ich die Wohnung, auch für Familien bestens empfehlen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit und war jederzeit erreichbar.”
