Holiday home with a patio, a garden and stunning views in a quiet location

This property is located in the quiet neighbourhood La Baranda in El Sauzahl on Tenerife's north coast.

The holiday house accommodates up to six people on two floors. The entrance to the apartment on the first floor and the exterior is accessible via a second staircase. The first floor bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe, a television and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The living/dining room with the open plan kitchen is furnished with a sectional, a flat screen satellite television and a dining table with chairs. The kitchen is fully furnished with a stove, an oven, a refrigerator/freezer, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a dishwasher and a coffee maker. There is also a gym with some equipment. Additionally, there is a games room for the kids and a second bathroom with a shower. The other two bedrooms are located on the ground floor. The second bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe, as well as an ensuite bathroom with a shower and a bathtub.


The third bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, a television and has a bathroom with a shower. This bedroom is accessible from the pool area. Wireless internet access is available.

The patio boasts a pool, sun loungers and two lounge benches. Enjoy the ocean views from here! There is a covered outdoor kitchen with a fully loaded kitchen unit, a barbecue, a television and a large dining table and chairs for your enjoyment. The spacious patio offers additional seating accommodation and a hammock.

A car is recommended. A carport for two cars is available.

The closest beach is ten kilometre from the property. The nearest restaurant and shops can be easily accessed by car. The airport is also nearby.
