The two-storey wooden house was newly built just recently in 2012 and is equipped accordingly with modern amenities for a comfortable stay. It provides a light and airy living and dining room, a separate and fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The ground floor has a living room with a comfortable sofa, a coffee table, a wide digital flatscreen TV mounted to the wall, with cable and satellite channels and a USB port, a DVD and CD player, a stereo system and a safe for your valuables. The big, open fireplace built into the wall exudes a homely atmosphere and pleasant warmth on cooler evenings. Right next to it there is a solid wood dining table with matching wooden benches, inviting you to enjoy leisurely meals together. One of the two bathrooms is also on the ground floor. Both bathrooms have a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a wall mirror, a hairdryer and a toilet. The separate built-in kitchen provides a ceramic hob, an electric oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee machine. Wide stairs lead upstairs, which comprises three bedrooms and a bathroom. All the bedrooms have a double bed measuring 190 x 200cm. A cot is available. The indoor whirlpool and the in-house sauna are ideal for relaxing after long hikes.

The living room opens towards your private pool, surrounded by sun loungers. The generous terrace next to the pool has a grill area, inviting you to spend long evenings outdoors. A car is recommended during your stay. There are plenty of secure parking spaces right in front of the house on the enclosed site.

The little village of Perici is about 14km from the town of Ogulin with its historical sights, colourful markets and a good range of cafés and restaurants. You can explore the varied mountain landscape along the cycling and hiking trails near the house.
