Charming Holiday House in Umhausen with Garden, Barbecue and Terrace

This holiday house is in Umhausen at the heart of the Ötz Valley and just a few kilometres to the north of Sölden.

The holiday house for four to twelve people provides 220m² of living space and 100m² of fenced garden. The ground floor has an Ötztal parlour with an original Ötztal farmer’s stove and a big dining area, and a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a dining corner, as well as a separate WC. The upper floor has a generous three-bed room with a TV and a double room, as well as a bathroom with a bath and washbasin and a separate WC. The second floor has two double rooms with a TV and with a balcony, and a three-bed room with a bunk bed and single bed, as well as a bathroom with a shower and washbasin and a separate WC.

The newly-built basement with a generous playing cave or leisure room with seating and a TV also has a fitness room with a treadmill, a cross trainer and a training station with a TV and an infrared cabin. Of course the house also has a ski storage room with a ski boot dryer and a washing machine.

The garden has a big, roofed dining space, a herb bed, a gas and charcoal grill and play equipment for children, as well as deckchairs.

The town centre with cafés, restaurants and shopping facilities is about 500 metres away.
