Big, very quietly situated holiday house with a garden, its own pool and a panoramic view
This 236m² holiday house is on a hill in Oprtalj at 378 metres above sea level, one of the smallest communities in Istria.
It has six bedrooms, three of which have a double bed (160 x 190cm). The other three bedrooms each have two single beds (90 x 190cm). There are also six bathrooms, all with a shower, WC and washbasin. The open kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and a microwave, if you are in a hurry. After cooking, the dishwasher takes over the rest of the work, so you can relax and dine. A coffee machine and kettle ensure that the day gets off to a good start. There is a ten-litre freezer, so groceries can be stored optimally during your stay. The living and dining room is big and airy. There is also a taverna, which you can use for sociable evenings. All the rooms in the house have heating. You can sit cosily in front of the fireplace on cooler days and listen to the crackling of the fire. You can use the wireless Internet connection free of charge.
You can cool off in the pool on hot days, for the exclusive use of guests, or relax in the beautiful garden. You can use the grill to prepare meals. You can arrive by car, as there are three car parking spaces on site. It is about 50 metres to a free, public car park.
