Dream house with a fabulous view and a wellness area, by the Flensburg Fjord

This dream house is on the edge of a quiet residential area, on a slope, with a picturesque open view over the Flensburg Fjord as far as Denmark. The beach and the promenade between Langballigau and Westerholz are about 350 metres away. Various restaurants, especially fish and cake specialities, are to be recommended nearby at the sailing harbour.

The house has three holiday apartments of different sizes. Each apartment has a grill sitting corner in the garden. There are plenty of parking spaces right by the house.

There is a shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer on the first floor, as well as a rotary dryer in the garden. House guests can use the appliances for a fee on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

There are beaches at Westerholz or Langballigau and Glücksburg and Flensburg are about 18km away. The coast on the Flensburg Fjord offers many beautiful places for swimming, so you can find different beach life every day by bicycle or car. There are shops, a pharmacy, doctors about 4km away, and a discount shop about 10km away. There are various trip destinations to be recommended: by boat to Sonderburg, by bike to Glücksburg Castle or by car to the Tolk-Schau leisure park etc. You can hire rowing boats in Langballigau, as well as enjoy other water sports.

The Maritim holiday apartment described here measures 60m² and provides all the necessary comfort and convenience. The light entrance area is already indicative of the generousness of the house. The apartment is on the first floor and provides a kitchen, a living and dining room, two bedrooms of which one has two single beds and the other has a double bed, and a corner bath. There is even under-floor heating. If you like out of the window in the evening you can experience the lights on the boats bobbing around on the sea. In the mornings you can see the morning sun reflecting in the calm water, encouraging you to get up and enjoy a new and exciting day.

You can grill, relax or read a good book on site and watch the children swimming by the beach at Westerholz.
