    “Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nicht weit entfernt, sie sind sehr gut mit dem Auto und auch Fahrrad zu erreichen. Der Ort selbst ist sehr gepflegt. Rundherum gibt es viele schöne Fahrradwege, bzw. Wanderwege.
    Eine nicht so tolle Sache sind die ewig vielen Windräder die in allen Himmelsrichtungen zu sehen sind. Gegen ein paar ist nichts einzuwenden.”

    “Von Dänschendorf aus kann man die Insel sehr gut erkunden. Man kommt von dort aus überall gut zu den verschiedenen Sehenswürdigkeiten und auch zu den Stränden. Im Dorf gibt es nur eine Gaststätte. In dieser Gaststätte "Klönstuub" kann man zu fairen Preisen gut Essen gehen. Im Ort gibt es auch den Fahrradverleih Wiilhelm Becker. Beide Örtlichkeiten waren in der Nähe unserer Ferienwohnung, was für uns sehr praktisch war. Eine Bäckerei oder sonstige Lebensmittelgeschäfte gibt es leider nicht im Ort. Für frische Frühstücksbrötchen oder zum Einkaufen muss man in das ca. 2,5 km entfernte Petersdorf fahren, was natürlich auch kein Problem ist.”

    “Im Ort Dänschendorf gibt es leider keinen Bäcker oder Einkaufsmarkt, hierfür muß man 3 Km weiter bis nach Petersdorf fahren.
    Gegenüber der Wohnung ist ein Restaurant, dort haben wir aber keine Erfahrung gemacht. Ansonsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Burg reichlich vorhanden.
    Empfehlenswert ist ein Besuch im "Border Shop" im Fährhafen Puttgarden (total irre).”
