In Dolcedo - zu Fuß talwärts in 15 Minuten zu erreichen - gibt es mehrere Geschäfte, Restaurants, Geldautomat und eine Eisdiele. In ca. 7 km Entferung, Richtung Imperia, ist ein Pennymarkt, der täglich, auch an Sonn- und Feiertagen, bis 22.00 Uhr geöffnet hat. Baden im Meer war wegen des großen Andrangs im August und mangelnder Parkplätze ein Problem. Eine tolle Alternative war das Baden in der Schlucht, in den "Laghettis Lecchiore". Sehenswert war die Altstadt von Imperia - Porto Maurizio, mit dem Markt am Donnerstag, sowie das Olivenmuseum im Stadtteil Oneglia!”
