    “In Gapinge selbst gibt es wenig bis keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Im Umkreis von 2-3 km allerdings Tankstellen, Geschäfte und Restaurants.
    Zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad ist der Ort Veere leicht zu ereichen. Hier gibts viel kleine Geschäfte, leckere Restaurants und einen kleine Hafen von wo auch Schiffsrundfahrten angeboten werden.”

    “Die Lage ist etwas abschüssig, morgens beobachtete unser Sohn den Traktor auf dem Feld gegenüber. Aber es sind bei den Vermietern Fahrräder zu leihen und man ist mit dem Auto flott in Veere, einer niedlichen kleinen Stadt mit Restaurants, Cafés und Hafen. Auch zu Fuß ist eine Wanderung dorthin möglich! Auch Middelburg ist gut zu erreichen.
    Die Besitzerin hat zur Umgebung einige persönliche Empfehlungen aufgeschrieben, die uns echt bereichert haben. Denn mancher Geheimtipp erschließt sich von außen nicht oder war nur über den Tipp zu finden.
    In der Nähe ist ein Kinderspielpark, der Jonge Johannes, der uns auch gut gefallen hat.”
