    “sauberer Strand mit feinem Sand;In der Ortschaft und dem Nachbarort sind alle Geschäfte des täglichen Lebens vorhanden.Großer Vergnügungspark für Kinder und Erwachsene.Normales italienisches Preisniveau.Keine Abzocke und überall kinder und hundefreundliche Bewohner.Sehr gute und abwechslungsreiche Gastronomie.Alles sehr gepflegt,aber leger.Bestes Pistazieneis der Toskana.Liegt zentral an der SS 1 Livorno-Grossetto.Sehr ruhig,aber man ist schnell an allen Highlights der Toskana.Ideal zur Erkundung der Maremma.”

    “Castagneto Carducci ist ein Dorf mit etwas über 9000 Einwohnern. Die Gemeinde besteht aus den Ortsteilen Castagneto Carducci, Bolgheri, Donoratico und Marina di Castagneto. In Donoratico befinden sich mehrere gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Coop, Penny und Conad) und eine Haltestelle an der Bahnstrecke Pisa–Roma. Man ist mit dem Zug in ca. 1 Std. in Pisa (ca. 70 km) und in 2 Std. in Florenz (ca. 140 km). Die Ortsteile Bolgheri und Castagneto Carducci sind zwar nicht besonders groß, aber wirklich hübsch und empfehlenswert! Von dem Ortsteil Marina die C.C. war ich nicht begeistert. Aber die anderen beiden Ortsteile entschädigen dafür. Volterra (ca. 50 km entfernt) ist sehr nett und bis Sienna (ca. 120 km entfernt) ist es auch keine Weltreise. Wer viel besichtigen möchte, muss leider längere Strecken in Kauf nehmen. Aber es ist machbar.”

    “Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind im Park vorhanden (Preis eher hoch, Qualität eher schlecht, für einen Notkauf aber ok), ansonsten ist in ca. 2-3km Entfernung ein CONAD (wie Rewe/Edeka) Markt der keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die Gastronomie in der Anlage ist absolut ausreichend und preislich ansprechend, Alternativen sind zu genüge vorhanden, jedoch nur mit dem PKW erreichbar (Bolgheri, Castagneto). Sehenswürdigkeiten gibt es in der Region zu viele um sie hier aufzulisten - google hilft. Kinderfreundlichkeit scheinen die Betreiber der Anlage sehr ernst zu nehmen, Kinder - Abendprogramm und Spielplatz vorhanden. Sportmöglichkeiten sowie Unterhaltung für Gäste mittleren Alters bzw. für Jugendliche sind praktisch nicht vorhanden. Preisniveau ist ok.”
