    “Nach fast 13 Jahren "Föhr-Abstinenz" bin ich nun erstmalig mit Familie, Kind & Kegel, Oma & Hund angereist.

    Früher kam ich im Sommer sehr oft im sportlichen 2-Sitzer mit Freundin und nur zwei Taschen auf meine -damalige- deutsche Lieblings-Insel, nun also im Winter und mit einem vollgepackten Kombi.

    Die Unterschiede liegen auf der Hand, trotzdem habe ich mich gewundert, dass sich eigentlich gar nicht viel geändert hat. Viele Geschäfte/Cafés/Restaurants/Bars sind nach wie vor die selben.

    Wo ich früher mit der damaligen Freundin gefeiert habe, fragten wir heute vorsorglich nach, ob unser -nicht ganz kleines- Labrador-Mädel auch mit ins Lokal darf und waren komplett überrascht über spaßige Antworten wie z.B."ohne den Hund kommt ihr hier gar nicht rein".

    Nach einem (komplett hundeunfreundlichen) Kurzurlaub im Sommer 2015 am Norddeutschen Festland (Dornumersiel) waren wir alle miteinander einigermaßen "geflasht", dass man auf Föhr selbst als Hundebesitzer einer "nicht Handtaschen- kompatiblen Hunderasse" sehr willkommen ist.

    Wir werden wohl zukünftig regelmäßiger wiederkommen, die nächsten Jahre mit dem Kombi und vielleicht später wieder im 2-Sitzer ;-)”
