    “Leider gab es für Familie mit Kindern kaum Orte, an denen wir etwas unternehmen konnten. Zudem war es sehr heiß, aber es gibt auf den Wanderwegen keinerlei Bäume. Auch Querwege zur Erkundung der Gegend gab es nicht. Man kann nur auf festen Straßen in eine Richtung gehen. Das ist uninteressant und für Kinder nicht geeignet. Das Sandfigurenfestival war okay, aber auch dort gab es keinen einzigen Schatten. Und alles, egal wo, war schlicht viel zu teuer für das, was geboten wurde.”

    “Super Ort! Man kann an einem Forellenteich(ca. 400m entfernt) angeln gehen. Ein kleiner Einkaufsmarkt (etwas höheres Preisniveau) ist ca. 600m entfernt. Dort bekommt man u.a. frische Brötchen und man kann auch Fahrräder ausleihen. Eine Gastronomie und viele kleine Läden sind im ca. 5 km entfernten Sondervig zu finden. Per Rad auf Radweg oder mit dem Auto im nu zu erreichen. Wer gut ist, kann auch am Strand dorthin entlang spazieren. Es sind alle im Ort freundlich und es wird überall gegrüßt. In Hvide Sande (ca. 10 km) gibt es auch viel zu sehen u. a. ein Meerwasseraquariummuseum.”
