    “In Wiesing gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie einen Bäcker, einen M-Preis Supermarkt und einen Dorfladen. Es gibt 2 Restaurants und einen Bankautomat. In Wiesing selbst gibt es nicht so viel zu besichtigen aber man kann von dort aus zu verschiedenen Wanderwegen starten. Von unseren Vermietern bekamen wir Karten, sodass wir während der gesamten Urlaubszeit kostenlos mit dem Bus zum Achensee fahren konnten. Die Busverbindung ist sehr gut - der Bus fährt stündlich in alle umliegenden Ortschaften, sodass man sein Autor stehen lassen kann. Am Achensee hingegen kann man viel unternehmen (Schiff fahren, wandern, Baden,...). Wiesing ist vom Achensee nur 4 km entfernt, daher ist Wiesing als Ort zum Übernachten sehr gut geeignet, da es hier ruhiger ist als in den Orten direkt am Achensee.”

    “Der Ort Wiesing liegt etwa 10 km vom sehenswerten Achensee und 30 km von Innsbruck entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Tankstelle und Bäckerei sind im Ort vorhanden. Bei gutem Wetter empfiehlt sich ein Besuch der Wolfsklamm bzw. des Achensees oder - wer etwas weiter fahren möchte - die Großglockner-Panoramastraße. Wir hatten leider Pech mit dem Wetter. Trotzdem haben wir die Tage mit unseren Kindern (5 + 9 Jahre alt) gut verbracht. Z.B. im Silberbergwerk in Schwaz, im Erlebnisbad Wöhrl, Innsbruck mit Skisprungschanze bzw. im nahe gelegenen Schloss Tratzberg.”
