    “Zinal ist nun mal nicht Zermatt! Man kann den Ort aber z. B. als Winterwanderer trotzdem lieb gewinnen. Leider wird für die Wanderer im Winter (wir waren eine Woche vor Ostern da) nicht viel getan. Die Loipe war noch für Wanderer durch Hinweisschilder gesperrt obwohl kaum noch einer loipte. Im Tourist-Büro zeichnete man mir die noch gesperrte Loipe als einzige Wandermöglichkeit im Ort ein! Irgendwie schien uns das alles ein ziemliches Chaos. Geräumte Wanderwege gibt es gar nicht. Schön ist, dass man mit dem kostenlosen Pendelbus auch die Umgebung erkunden kann. Es gibt auch genügend gute Einkaufs- und Einkehrmöglichkeiten.”

    “zinal ist eigentlich sehr schön, nur in der kw2 ist halt im ort nichts los, dafür sind die skipisten schön leer und man kann schön "brettern". wir hatten traumhaftes wetter. zum skifahren sind wir aber immer nach grimentz gefahren, zinal ist ziemlich steil und kälter. In Grimentz kann man schön in der sonne fahren und man hat viel mehr auswahl an pisten. Grimentz ist aber von zinal schnell zu erreichen, dafür liegt zinal auf 1900Meter und am Ende des schönen Val d`Annivers.”
