This charming holiday home, nestled in a Périgord hamlet between Périgueux and Hautefort features an independent kitchen, a cosy living area with sofas and a wood stove, along with a dining area. The two bedrooms are on the first and second floors.

The outdoor space includes a paved terrace adjacent to the kitchen, another terrace under a pergola, and a relaxation area shaded by a palm tree facing the orchard. The private swimming pool, with wooden borders, measures 8m x 4m and is fenced according to CE standards.

The house is located in Magnac - Saint-Jory-Lasbloux, a hamlet located in the green Périgord not far from touristic and historical sites to visit. Nearest shops about 3 km away.

Walks on site: the loop of mines and quarries as well as the loop of water and the enchanted forest (walking, horse-riding, cycling paths).

In the area you will discover : Saint Jean de Cole and its medieval village and hydrological routes, the caves of Vilars, the Château de Puyguylhem; the visitable forge of Savignac Ledrier and its private castle; the Corgnac rail bike.
