The House Barbara has three apartments, two apartments on the ground floor, and luxurious apartment Barbika (150m2) on the first floor on a property of 640 m2.

This well furnished luxurious apartment Barbika (6+2), 150m2, is consists of a spacious living room connected to the kitchen and dining room in one unit (55m2).
There are three bedrooms with a bathroom:
bedroom 1: king size bed (160x200) with a bathroom and a wardrobe
(2 person)
bedroom 2: doublebed (160x200) - 2 person
bedroom 3: 2 single bed (90x200) - 2 person
Bedroom 1 & bedroom 2 are connected with a commo bathroom and a wardrobe.
Each room has air conditioning!
Living room: two person can sleep on a comfortable sofa (160x200)!
You have a new private pool 40m2 with place for sunbathing and a barbicue
Your holiday apartment is located only approximately 500 m away from the nearest beach with crystal clear waters where you will find a boat rental, the nearest shopping facilties and a restaurant are only about 300 m away.
Cap Kamenjak, natural resort wit 12km of beaches is 4 kma away
Explore the lush countryside on one of the many walking and cycling paths which you will find in the immediate vicinity of the villa.
The nearby (about a 6 km distance) historic town of Pula with ist famous Roman amphitheatre is always worth a visit.

The landlord lives 600m from the house and is always available and happy to help with any questions you might have.
