This modern holiday apartment is in the picturesque little fishing village of Banjole on the sunny Istrian peninsula, nestled amidst the natural beaches and pine forests of the two bays Solin and Slatana, a perfect place for beach and nature lovers, hikers and cyclists. The modern house with two separate apartments is on a one-way street without traffic in a quiet neighbourhood, and is therefore ideal for families with children, who can move around safely and freely here.

The apartment has a private, shaded balcony, looking straight down towards the 40m² pool, the lounging area and the well-tended garden. The pool is surrounded by sun loungers and an elegant rainforest outdoor shower for your convenience. The roofed dining space with a grill next to the pool invites you to enjoy leisurely dinners at sunset. Right in front of the villa there are secure parking spaces on the enclosed site. These communal areas are shared with guests at the second apartment on the ground floor.

This 60m2 apartment is on the first floor and can accommodate six people. It is ideal for two couples or a family. The apartment consists of a living and dining room, an open kitchen unit, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The air-conditioned living room has a sofa and satellite TV. The sofa can be converted into an additional double bed for an adult or two children. The kitchen is functionally equipped with cooking rings, a coffee machine, fridge, microwave, mini oven and kettle. Each of the two bedrooms has a double bed, reading lamps and a spacious wardrobe. Wireless Internet access is available.

Banjole is a pretty fishing village with crystal clear water. Your apartment is only about 500 metres from the nearest pebbled beach. Shops, a supermarket and restaurants are right nearby. The picturesque surroundings are breathtaking and will delight you. Explore the bays, the beautiful natural beaches of Istria and the diverse nature on one of the many hiking and cycling paths near the house. The nearby historical town of Pula 8about 6km away) with its famous Roman amphitheatre makes an interesting day trip. The Kamenjak Cape nature reserve is just 4km away.
