Villa Mahindra is located in the south-east of Cape Coral on a canal. From the Four Miles Cove area you have short distances to shopping and the many restaurants Cape Coral has to offer. Large palm trees greet you as you drive up to the house. You can dock your rental boat on the canal and start your exciting boat tours from there. You may even be greeted by dolphins.

The terrace is definitely the right place to enjoy the Florida indoor/outdoor lifestyle. This certainly includes the crystal-clear blue pool with integrated whirlpool. Both of them can be heated electrically if necessary. The entire terrace area is surrounded by a white screen. Four sun loungers are available for you to enjoy the sun - take care to apply sun cream - risk of sunburn. On the large covered part of the terrace there is a table and 6 chairs as well as a cozy lounge area. Here you can review the day with a cool drink in the evening and make new plans for next day.

Do you like a steak, a hamburger or some grilled shrimp - no problem - there is also a gas grill here.

A welcoming atmosphere greets you inside the house. The large entrance area flows seamlessly into the living area, where a red leather seating area forms the focal point. A dining table for 6 people stands in front of large sliding doors that lead out onto the terrace. The white lacquered kitchen with dark worktops is fully equipped for everything you need. Fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee machine and much more.

Villa Mahindra has 2 master bedrooms with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms. There is even a fitness trainer in one of these bedrooms - so you won't get out of shape even on vacation. The third bedroom has 2 single beds and impresses with its lime green and white contrasts. The so-called ½ bathroom must be used for this bedroom (bathroom without shower or bathtub).

If you want to take your laundry home clean, no problem - washer, dryer, ironing board and iron are all there.

    “Das Haus hält, was die Bilder im Internet versprechen. Positiv: Die geschmackvolle, reduzierte Einrichtung und die Lage direkt am Kanal. Negativ: Es gibt kaum etwas zu bemängeln. Die Stühle der Außenküche machten nicht mehr den besten Eindruck, liegt aber auch an dem vielen Regen im Sommer und der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit. Empfehlung: Families, couples, seniors - Aufgrund des einen Masterbedrooms inklusive einem großen Bad und zwei Schlafzimmern mit insgesamt einem kleinen Bad, halte ich diese Aufteilung eher für Familien mit 1-3 Kindern geeignet. Für 2 Paare natürlich genausogut, bei 3 Paaren muss man sich eben einig werden. Die Maximalbelegung von 8 Personen halte ich nicht für empfehlenswert. Restaurant: Carraba's - Italiener mit guter Küche, freundlichem Personal und angemessenen Preisen. Ca. 15 Autominuten entfernt. Ausflüge: Babcock Wilderness Ranch - 1,5 - 2h Tour in einem tarnfarbenden, fensterlosen Schulbus (sah jedenfalls aus wie einer) durch eine riesige Farm, mit üppiger Vegetation, vielen wilde Tiere inkl. Alligatoren und freundlichem Tourguide.”
